Medicare Part A and Part B for a Missouri practice go to WPS Government Health Administrators, Jurisdiction 5, with Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska. Illinois uses National Government Services, Jurisdiction 6. Arkansas and Oklahoma use Novitas Jurisdiction H.
