Medicare Part A and Part B for a New Jersey practice go to Novitas Solutions, Jurisdiction L, with Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. New York uses National Government Services, Jurisdiction K. A New York Medicare address will not clear a New Jersey Part B claim.
